This Privacy Policy applies to the information and data collected by Us when You interact with Us through Our website (or through other channels, such as communicating with Us or giving Us Your information at an event) and when You use Our product and services. This Privacy Policy describes how We collect, receive, use, store, transfer, and process Your Personal Data.

Please note that due to the Open-Source nature of our Services, We may retain limited personally-identifiable information indefinitely in order to ensure transactional integrity and nonrepudiation. While doing so, We strive to respect the privacy of inpreidual community members and will minimize the information We share.

Payment and Communication Information
Payment Information. If you make a purchase or payment on the Site, we will utilize a third-party billing and payments processing company to collect information provided in connection with Your purchase or payment, including Your credit card number, billing address, and payment-related information.
Calls/Electronic Communications. In the regular course of Our business, We may monitor and record phone and email communications between You and Our employees for training and quality assurance purposes.
Testimonials and Reviews. If you choose to post messages on Our message boards, chat rooms or other message areas or leave feedback, We will collect that information You provide to Us. We retain this information as necessary to resolve disputes, provide customer support and troubleshoot problems as permitted by law. Docdedo has partnered with a number of selected service providers, whose services and solutions complement, facilitate and enhance our own. We may share your information with third-party vendors and service-providers that help Us with specialized services, including but not limited to billing, payment processing, customer service, email deployment, business analytics, marketing, advertising, performance monitoring, hosting, and data processing. We allow third parties, including business partners, advertising networks, and other service providers, to collect information about your online activities through cookies, pixels, local storage, and other technologies.
You should note that Docdedo has contracted with third-party analytical tools to track and analyse statistical usage and volume information from Our site users. These third-party service providers use persistent cookies to help Us improve the user experience, manage Our site content, and analyse how Users navigate and utilize our Services. We do not combine the Information collected using these third-party service providers with Personally Identifiable Information.

Biometric Identifiers and Biometric Information
Docdedo collects and processes your Biometric Information in order to verify Your identity and help prevent fraud. Unless otherwise required by law, Your biometric data is accessible only to Us and Our service providers, which process Your data only on Our behalf to accomplish the purposes above. We do not share biometric data with any other third parties unless required by law. We will not sell, rent or trade Your Biometric Information. An inpreidual’s Biometric Information will not be collected or otherwise obtained by Us without prior express consent of the User. We will collect, store, transmit, and protect Your biometric data using a reasonable standard of care that is at least as protective as the way We collect, store, transmit, and protect other confidential and sensitive personal information.

User Invitation and Access
In the course of availing the Services, Users may invite other existing or prospective Users to participate in any of the Services by providing the email address and social media information of such Users to the Company. You and the User You invite hereby clearly acknowledge and agree that they will also abide by this Policy. You and the User you invite also clearly acknowledge and agree that they will be bound to this Policy.
If You are an Invited User, Your personal data is held by Us for the duration of Our contract with You. When You delete Your account, all Your personal data will be permanently erased from Our Site or anonymised.
The availing or utilization of any of Our Services by the Invited User shall be subject to the terms of this Policy and Our Terms and Conditions. The User hereby represents that the Invited Users have consented and agreed to such disclosure to and use of their email address and social media information by the Company. We can automatically send them a one-time email or instant message inviting them to visit Our website. We are permitted to store this information to send this one-time invitation, register a referral if Your invitation is accepted, and track the success of Our referral program.

Your account is protected by Your account password and we urge You to use a strong password, to change the personal passwords at regular intervals and to take steps to keep Your personal information safe by not disclosing Your password and by logging out of Your account after each use. If You believe your privacy has been breached, please contact Us immediately on  support@docdedo.com. Protecting your account password from disclosure to unintended persons shall be solely the responsibility of the User and the Company shall not be held liable or responsible for unauthorized access of the User’s account if the User shares the account password with any person. 
Our Website has stringent security measures in place such as firewalls, encryption technologies and authentication procedures to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under Our control. Whenever You change or access your account information, We offer the use of a secure server. The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, however no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Even as We strive to exercise a high level of care to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security. Our Service does not address any person under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us at  support@docdedo.com. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
